White images of large format stand out in the author’s oeuvre. Abstraction of these white imagese was achieved by unpredictable subsequent interventions on preparatura: ink, paint, chalk, drip painting materials, in an endless quest for a universal artist ideal of perfection. Parallel with white minimalism, Stasevic examines the history of art, from cave drawings to computer images, quotes the old masters by reading them in a new way.
